Shared case management lets specialist services exchange safety plans, risk assessments and case data in pseudonymised form. Victims don't have to retell their story again and again — and are not retraumatised.
NGOs can document the use of their services and their success stories — underpinning state funding in line with Art. 8–9 of the Istanbul Convention and improving their offer with anonymised insights.
